Key Responsibilities
- Demand Management
- Own and drive end-to-end demand management lifecycle across OSS portfolio
- Prioritise and align demand with business objectives, capacity, and delivery constraints
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear intake, validation, and approval of demand pipeline
- Capacity Management
- Manage and optimise capacity planning across OSS delivery teams
- Ensure resource alignment to demand pipeline and program priorities
- Track utilisation and proactively address capacity gaps or overbooking risks
- Budget Tracking & Financial Control
- Track and manage program and portfolio budgets vs. actuals
- Provide regular updates on forecast, variances, and financial risks
- Ensure alignment with overall commercial and financial governance
- Process Improvement & Ways of Working
- Drive continuous improvement in TMO processes, governance models, and delivery frameworks
- Standardise and enhance Ways of Working (WoW) across OSS programs
- Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices for delivery optimisation
- Portfolio Governance & Reporting (300+ Applications)
- Lead governance and reporting for large-scale OSS portfolio (~300 applications)
- Ensure consistent reporting standards
- Track milestones, dependencies, and critical path
- Own integrated program plan
