Hands‑on experience supporting or implementing SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) for medium to large enterprises. Strong understanding of IAM concepts such as Joiner‑Mover‑Leaver (JML), Role‑Based Access Control (RBAC), provisioning, and access certifications. Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving identity lifecycle and access‑related issues. Demonstrates strong technical acumen and problem‑solving capabilities. Ability to work under pressure during critical incidents. Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
Must Have Technical Skills
- Minimum 8 years in IAM operations/implementation, with at least 4+ years in L3 support for SailPoint ISC or IdentityNow.
- Hands‑on experience with SailPoint ISC including configuration, administration, and operational support.
- Excellent knowledge of JAVA /J2EE, JavaScript and other scripting languages and XML.
- Strong knowledge of Access Reviews and certifications in SailPoint.
- Strong Java debugging skills.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of LDAP concepts and working experience with at least a few of the LDAPs.
- Extensive experience in development/support of workflows, forms and other SailPoint IDM components.
- Experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, SCIM, and integration with platforms like Active Directory, Workday, ServiceNow, and Okta.
- Experience working with Application/Web Servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, Websphere) or developing J2EE products.
- Ability to maintain detailed support documentation and operational procedures.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills and ability to work with global counterparts.
- Customer facing exposure is a must.
