Responsibilities

  • Ownership and delivery of Automatic transmissions
  • Understanding and supporting the package constraints for Automatic transmissions
  • Working with cross-functional teams to ensure the transmission meets technical and package targets and to deliver detailed designs on time to predetermined quality, cost and weight targets, within DFM requirements
  • Ownership and delivery of Transmission to the specific vehicle programme requirements meeting specifications, on time and on budget
  • Ensuring design solutions deliver systems that meet attribute targets in NVH, thermal, durability, visibility
