Responsibilities:
- Elicit, document, and manage user requirements through the facilitation of workshops and other techniques to produce a unified statement of requirements, taking cognisance of ICT Strategic Plans.
- Investigate and document how the business currently utilises systems and services in day-to-day business applications and processes based on project scope and objectives.
- Facilitate the validation of requirements through consultation with clients, SPA, and where required, external stakeholders to agree on a unified statement of requirements.
- Develop and plan an approach to business engagement for gathering user requirements in line with project requirements.
- Liaise with and support all areas of ICT in the production of functional specifications and other dependent technical documentation.
- Provide support to the project manager in project planning activities and the production of key project documentation required for the EPF Programme.
