Technical Liaison: Act as the critical link between the engineering office (VDC/BIM managers) and the field team, resolving technical discrepancies and optimizing digital workflows.

The Ideal Candidate Experience
- Proven technical expertise in Surveying, Geomatics, or Civil Engineering with a strong track record in Construction Technology (ConTech).
- Geospatial Proficiency: Deep familiarity with Robotic Total Stations, BIM/VDC workflows (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks), and complex coordinate systems.
- Field Ready: Comfortable on a rugged construction site. You understand the difference between a BIM model in the office and the reality of the concrete slab.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Revenue vs. Target: Performance against quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- New Partner Acquisition: Number of qualified new dealers signed and onboarded.
