Qualifications And Certifications
Essential: Experience in insurance operations/technical administration within an insurer, MGA, or broker (Group Risk or related lines preferred). Demonstrable proficiency with policy administration systems, Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivots), and document control. Strong numeracy and attention to detail with a track record of accurate processing. Understanding of the policy lifecycle (quote-bind-issue-endorse-renew-cancel) and basic rating concepts.
Desirable: Group Life & Disability experience, exposure to Lloyd's/London Market processes, progress toward CII qualifications, familiarity with GDPR handling sensitive health data.
