About the Company
We are representing a high-growth AI software company building modern tools for complex physical-world inspection and compliance workflows. The company's product helps field experts capture structured and unstructured data, make faster decisions, and generate high-quality reports across highly regulated industrial environments. This is a fast-moving technical environment with a small, ambitious team working at the intersection of AI, mobile workflows, data infrastructure, and enterprise-grade operational software.
The Role
This is a senior, product-minded full-stack engineering role for someone who wants to own meaningful problems end to end. You will work closely with users, understand how inspection and compliance work happens in the field, design practical product solutions, and ship features across the stack. The role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys building deeply useful software, working close to customers, and shaping the architecture of an AI-enabled product from an early stage.
What You'll Do
- Own product and engineering problems from discovery through design, implementation, launch, and iteration.
- Spend time understanding how field inspectors and technical users work in real-world industrial environments.
- Build mobile and web product experiences that help users collect voice notes, photos, videos, and structured inspection data.
- Develop systems that use AI to assist with report generation and workflow automation.
- Design and improve how context is stored, retrieved, and provided to AI models, including standards, reports, media, and user intent.
- Help evolve a flexible workflow-building product for inspection and compliance use cases.
- Make architectural decisions around unstructured data flows, AI integration, offline/online behavior, and product simplicity.
- Work across the full stack using modern TypeScript-based technologies.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
- Strong technical depth across frontend, backend, and product architecture.
- Experience shipping production features in fast-paced software environments.
- Strong product judgment and comfort working directly with users.
- Ability to take ambiguous problems and drive them to shipped outcomes.
- A pragmatic engineering mindset, with a clear sense of which technical decisions matter.
- High ownership, strong communication, and the ability to operate independently.
Required skill sets
- Experience with Next.js, NestJS, TypeScript, or similar modern full-stack frameworks.
- Exposure to AI-enabled product development, LLM workflows, or applied machine learning systems.
- Experience building mobile-first, offline-capable, or field-use software.
- Familiarity with workflow builders, automation tools, internal tools, or configurable enterprise products.
- Interest in industrial, infrastructure, compliance, safety, or regulated-sector software.
Why This Role Is Exciting
- Join a small, high-caliber engineering team at an early and high-impact stage.
- Work on software that directly improves how important physical-world inspections are performed.
- Own meaningful product surface area rather than narrow tickets.
- Build across AI, data infrastructure, mobile workflows, and full-stack product engineering.
- Work closely with real users in complex operational environments.
- Help define what modern inspection and compliance software should look like in an AI-first era.
- Take on significant technical and product ownership as the company scales.
