We are hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to help build a next-generation AI workspace used by demanding enterprise teams in sectors such as investment banking, private equity, consulting, and asset management. This is a high-impact engineering role for someone who wants to work across the stack, ship meaningful product quickly, and help shape a platform already being used by major global institutions.
What You'll Work On
- Design, build, and scale core product features across the frontend, backend, and infrastructure layer, including:
- Building high-quality frontend applications using React and Next.js
- Developing, testing, and deploying backend services and APIs, ideally using Python, Django, or FastAPI
- Working closely with founders, product, growth, design, and engineering teams to turn complex user needs into elegant product experiences
- Improving system scalability, performance, reliability, and security
- Implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, and deployment workflows
- Contributing to cloud infrastructure planning and optimisation across AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Working with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern deployment environments
- Building and maintaining background processing systems using tools such as Celery, RQ, or similar task queues
- Using Redis for caching, pub/sub, job queues, and performance optimisation
- Supporting engineering quality through clean architecture, strong development practices, and mentoring less experienced engineers where appropriate
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong production experience with React and Next.js
- Solid backend engineering ability, preferably with Python
- Experience building and maintaining APIs, services, and scalable application architecture
- Strong understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Confident use of Git and collaborative engineering workflows
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Practical knowledge of containerisation, CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring
- Hands-on experience with background workers, async processing, and task queues
- Strong familiarity with Redis and modern performance optimisation patterns
- A product-minded approach and interest in building AI-enabled tools for sophisticated enterprise users
