The Opportunity W1M is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior HR Business Partner to join the HR team during an exciting period of growth, integration and organisational evolution. This role will play an important part in helping shape and strengthen the next phase of the HR function.
We are looking for someone who combines strong HR fundamentals with a pragmatic, delivery-focused and commercially aware approach. The successful individual will be comfortable operating both strategically and tactically, partnering closely with senior stakeholders whilst also being willing to roll up their sleeves and deliver. This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced and evolving environment and who is energised by change, integration activity and helping businesses scale.
About the Role: The Senior HR Business Partner will work closely with the Chief People Officer and business leaders across the organisation, supporting a broad range of strategic and operational HR initiatives. The role will partner directly with senior stakeholders across the business and play a key role in organisational change, workforce planning, integration activity, employee relations, talent management and HR strategy execution. This is a broad and visible role within a lean HR function and requires someone who is comfortable operating with autonomy, judgement and pace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders to support business objectives, organisational effectiveness and HR strategy execution.
- Provide commercially focused HR advice and challenge to stakeholders across the business.
- Support organisational design, workforce planning and business change activity.
- Act as a trusted advisor on leadership, team effectiveness and organisational issues.
- Support the delivery of integration and transformation initiatives across the business.
