The Opportunity
As a Residential Site Manager, you will take ownership of site operations from mobilisation through to handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and in line with quality expectations. Working closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, consultants and clients, you will lead site teams, coordinate daily activities and create a positive, productive and professional site environment. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, solving problems, building strong relationships and driving projects forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential construction projects from site setup through to completion and handover.
- Coordinate and supervise all on-site activities, subcontractors and direct labour.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with programme requirements.
- Maintain exceptional standards of quality throughout all stages of construction.
- Manage site logistics, labour allocation, plant and materials.
- Monitor progress against programme and proactively address delays or challenges.
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks.
- Oversee snagging and defect management processes.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations and company standards.
- Maintain site records, reports and project documentation.
- Lead site meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Promote a positive health, safety and wellbeing culture across all projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality and site performance.
About You

- Proven experience managing residential construction projects.
- A strong understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing.

- The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
