We’re looking for a talented and design-focused Architect to join our growing team, working across a range of residential developments from concept through to delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is passionate about creating thoughtful, high-quality residential design solutions.
You’ll play a key role in shaping well-considered housing and mixed-use schemes, contributing both creatively and technically across all stages of the design process.
What You’ll Be Doing- Leading and developing residential design proposals from early concept through to technical delivery
- Producing high-quality drawings, layouts, and presentation material
- Managing your own workload and taking ownership of projects with confidence
- Coordinating with internal teams, consultants, clients, and local authorities
- Supporting planning applications and design submissions
- Ensuring designs comply with UK Building Regulations and planning requirements
- Contributing to design reviews and maintaining high standards across all project work
- Assisting with technical detailing and construction information
- ARB-registered Architect
- Experience working on UK residential projects, including housing, apartments, or mixed-use developments
- Strong design and spatial planning skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a wider team
- Good understanding of UK planning policy and Building Regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience across multiple RIBA stages
- Familiarity with BIM workflows
- Experience working with developers or housebuilders
- An interest in sustainable and future-focused residential design
