We are a luxury music agency looking for a driven Bookings and Relationship Manager to help fill our musicians' diaries and deliver world-class entertainment to our clients. This is a flexible, remote role perfect for a self-starter who is based in London and thrives on building relationships and seeing an event through from the initial "Hello" to the final encore.
The Role
Your primary mission is growth. You will be the face of the agency, proactively reaching out to industry partners to secure high-quality bookings for our roster of professional musicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Outreach: Identify and connect with planners, agencies, brands, and venues to establish long-term partnerships.
- Networking: Attend industry events, venue site visits and client meetings, fostering relationships with key industry stakeholders.
- Lead Generation: Actively seek out new gig opportunities and follow up on incoming enquiries.
- End-to-End Management: Manage private bookings from the initial enquiry, through the contracting phase, to event logistics and post-event follow-up. This might also require on-site attendance to help manage events or record content for social media.
- Client Relations: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel supported and excited about their booking.
- Reporting: Attend regular virtual catch-ups to discuss sales targets, ongoing enquiries, and strategy.
What We're Looking For
- Personality: A natural ability to sell and build rapport with industry professionals and high-net-worth clients.
- Organisation: You’ll be managing multiple calendars and contracts; attention to detail is a must.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Retainer: £32,000 pro rata (£2,000 per month @ 30 hours per week)
- Uncapped Commission: 10% commission on the total booking value of all gigs the agency completes.
