Role Description
The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Manchester.
This role is responsible for leading and growing sales of electronic and computer spares and repair services, including managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities.
The Sales Manager will oversee a small sales team, set targets, monitor performance and provide coaching to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
Daily activities include meeting with customers, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating closely with the technical and service teams, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
The role also involves contributing to sales strategy, supporting marketing initiatives and representing W.
E at industry events and customer visits.
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally within electronics, IT hardware or technical services, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong skills in relationship management, customer service and negotiation to build and sustain long-term client partnerships.
- Ability to lead and develop a sales team, including performance management, coaching and collaborative goal setting.
- Comfort with sales reporting, forecasting and data analysis to inform decision-making and strategy.
- Knowledge of computer components and electronic spares (e. g., motherboards, screens, peripherals) or willingness to learn quickly.
