We're working with a growing B2B/industrial business looking to hire a Category Manager to take full ownership of a product portfolio and drive commercial performance. This is a true "mini business owner" role – owning category strategy, supplier relationships, range development and margin delivery across a global supply base.
What you'll be doing:
- Define and execute category strategy to drive sales and margin
- Build and optimise product ranges and supplier base
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, pricing and supply chain
- Use data and market insight to identify growth opportunities
- Lead supplier negotiations and commercial performance
