W Talent Property & Real Estate is proud to once again be partnering with Medivet & Partners, a leading veterinary care provider, to appoint a Property Project Manager in the South of the UK. Medivet is continuing to invest significantly in its nationwide estate, supporting both clinical excellence and ambitious growth plans. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of property projects that directly impact frontline care environments.
The Property Project Manager will be responsible for delivering a wide range of projects across Medivet's network, including refurbishments, relocations, rebrands, expansions, PSS works and new site developments. Working closely with operational, clinical, and central support teams, the successful candidate will ensure all projects are delivered to the highest standards - on time, within budget, and fully compliant.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end delivery of property projects, primarily in the South of the UK
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring strong performance against time, cost, and quality targets
- Oversee contractor and supplier performance to ensure safe and efficient delivery
- Take ownership of CAPEX budgets, forecasting, and reporting
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align delivery with operational and clinical priorities
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety and regulatory standards
- Drive continuous improvement, sustainability, and best practice across projects
W Talent is seeking a commercially astute and highly organised project professional with experience operating in a multi-site environment. Key experience and attributes include:
- Proven background in property, construction, or estates project management
- Track record delivering multiple concurrent capital projects
- Strong financial and commercial management capability
- Knowledge of construction processes, procurement, and contractor management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Resilient, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
- RICS or equivalent qualifications are desirable but not essential
