W Talent-Property & Real Estate are partnered with a leading professional services firm to appoint a new Head of Property & Facilities Management to deliver a world-class working environment across their UK office portfolio.
About the Role
The Head of Property & Facilities Management will lead the strategic and operational management of a large team delivering industry leading and innovative workplace management for all staff members, stakeholders and visitors. They will be responsible for the effective day to day delivery of all FM services through the organisation's internal teams, and performance management of their specialist outsourced partners. They will also be the Project Management lead for upcoming office openings, relocations and refurbishments, ensuring industry leading workplace environments and business continuity throughout. Additionally, they will take the lead on future workplace strategy, ensuring the organisation's office portfolio is fit for purpose to support growth and changing work dynamics for many years to come.
Qualifications & Experience
Suitable applicants will be experienced Facilities Management leaders with a track record of career progression managing FM and delivering major projects across corporate office portfolios, ideally in the Professional Services environment. They will have demonstrable experience of delivering core facilities management services, contract procurement and management, capital project management, ideally with good exposure to Property aspects of managing an estate i.e. dealing with agents, surveyors, understanding leases etc. Most importantly, they will be progressive in their approach and be able to demonstrate a passion for and track record for delivering innovation in Facilities Management.
This role will be based primarily from the firm's London Headquarters with travel across the UK portfolio as required.
