Location: Northwest England & Wales — Field-Based | Reports to UK Commercial Manager

What You\’ll Do

  • Own and grow a regional portfolio, managing the full sales cycle.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, and follow through to conversion.
  • Promote all revenue streams – new and pre-used equipment, hire, maintenance, parts & service.
  • Lead on tender submissions and support product demonstrations.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and generate timely reports.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and regional events.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Finance and After Sales.

What You\’ll Bring

  • A proven track record in field sales and effective account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • A full UK driving licence (HGV licence is a plus).
  • Residency within the Wales North West or local regions.
