Overview
This role focuses on growing regional revenue in Northwest England and Wales, combining strong account management with proactive business development.
Base pay range:
Location: Northwest England & Wales — Field-Based | Reports to UK Commercial Manager
What You'll Do:
- Own and grow a regional portfolio, managing the full sales cycle.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships.
- Respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, and follow through to conversion.
- Promote all revenue streams - new and pre-used equipment, hire, maintenance, parts & service.
- Lead on tender submissions and support product demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and generate timely reports.
- Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and regional events.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Finance and After Sales.
What You'll Bring:
- A proven track record in field sales and effective account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A full UK driving licence (HGV licence is a plus).
- Residency within the Wales North West or local regions.
