W Talent and W Executive entered the UK at the start of 2024, and we have recently launched our newest specialist division, Property & Real Estate. This division focuses on working with real estate landlords, occupiers and advisors across all sectors, with roles in Property & Estates Management, Development & Construction, and Facilities Management.
We\’re looking for experienced recruiters who want to be part of our ambitious plans to become the leading specialist recruiter in the Real Estate sector!
We\’re interested in talking to recruiters with experience in any areas of the property, construction or facilities management sectors, or recruiters from other specialisms who would be interested in becoming a specialist in Property & Real Estate.
With an aggressive strategy to grow quickly we have opportunities at all levels of experience, from Consultant to Director level, whether your focus is develop your career as an industry specialist focussed purely on billing, or if you\’re an aspiring or experienced leader who wants to build and manage specialist teams.
We\’re also open minded about where you live and where you spend your time. We\’re interested in talented people regardless of where they live, so are happy to discuss remote/hybrid working arrangements that allow you to perform at your best and provide a positive balance with your life outside of work.
