This is a career-defining opportunity to step into a Superintendent Pharmacist role with a fast-growing organisation operating within one of the UK's most highly regulated sectors. Whether you're already a Superintendent or an experienced senior pharmacist ready for your first appointment, we're looking for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys solving complex problems and wants to shape the future of pharmacy governance.
The Role
As Superintendent Pharmacist, you'll hold complete professional responsibility for pharmacy operations, leading governance across a large-scale Schedule 2 Controlled Drugs business. Working closely with the executive team, you'll navigate complex regulation, make high-impact decisions, lead inspections, develop governance frameworks and ensure the organisation continues to operate safely, compliantly and commercially. This isn't a role for someone who simply follows regulations. We're looking for someone who can interpret them, challenge conventional thinking and build smarter ways of working.

- Strong understanding of UK pharmacy legislation and Controlled Drugs regulations
- Experience in senior pharmacy leadership or governance
- Commercial awareness with excellent judgement
