Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of market trends, competitors, and customer needs to enhance our product offerings
- Identify and develop new product opportunities that align with our strategic goals, driving continuous growth
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from regular range reviews to launching new products and phasing out underperformers
- Manage the introduction (launch) of new products within our business portfolio, working with stakeholders to devise launch activities.
- Maintain accurate product data and collaborate with supply chain teams for operational efficiency.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to identify market opportunities, provide support with validating opportunities and present business cases to the senior management teams to progress into development projects.
- Elevate client profile in the UK market by nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Candidates must have experience as a product or category manager to be considered for this role.
- Solid understanding of the Manufacturing Industry
- Some experience of leading teams beneficial.
- Demonstrated experience of developing winning product strategies.
- Strong commercial and financial understanding, ensuring profitable growth.
- Must be able to demonstrate excellent project management ability.
- Can work to tight deadlines and manage numerous projects in conjunction.
- Team player and collaborative approach, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
