Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & implement robust and effective Category based sourcing strategies.
  • Develop and implement indirect category procurement strategies for HR services to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Take a total acquisition cost (TAC) approach to savings and benefit realisation.
  • Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers to meet the company's HR requirements.
  • Business partnering with key internal users creating productive partnerships.
  • Monitor and manage supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
  • Support the development of standardised supplier performance management and spend data analysis.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Ensure procurement activities align with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier information.

Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of indirect procurement category strategy.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Evidence of strategic alignment meeting corporate commercial goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field will be a benefit.
  • MCIPS or studying towards.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience within indirect procurement, preferably with experience on HR services or wide scope of indirect categories.
