A leading UK community pharmacy group is seeking an outstanding Head of Pharmacy Operations to lead the performance, development and strategic direction of a 130-branch national pharmacy network.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for driving operational excellence, commercial performance, and consistent delivery of high-quality patient care across the estate.
You will lead and develop regional and operational teams, ensuring branches deliver strong results while maintaining the highest standards of professional practice and regulatory compliance. Working closely with the MD and senior leadership team, you will also play a key role in shaping operational strategy and implementing initiatives that support growth and service expansion.

Candidate Profile
