Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pharmacy Manager to lead an Independent Community Pharmacy in Newark on Trent. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring safe and efficient pharmacy operations, and driving commercial performance while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical & Patient Care
- Provide professional pharmacy services, including dispensing prescriptions and offering healthcare advice
- Deliver clinical services such as vaccinations, medication reviews, and health screenings
- Ensure patient safety and confidentiality at all times
- Promote healthy living and wellbeing initiatives within the local community
- Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and develop the pharmacy team

Requirements
