Location: Manchester City Centre – Hybrid with on‑site presence required.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CFO or Fractional CFO within a scaling SME or technology business
- Advanced financial modelling capability
- Direct experience supporting at least one financial event (fundraise, M&A, or exit)
- Strong track record of designing and embedding finance processes and procedures
- Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, founder‑led environments
- Background in legal tech, SaaS, or professional services
- Experience working with VC or private equity‑backed businesses
- Previous engagement with investor relations and board‑level reporting
