The Role: I am currently partnered with a National Property Consultancy whom are seeking a Chartered Valuation Surveyor with approximately 2 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their high performing team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality Red Book compliant valuations across a varied property portfolio, with a particular focus on loan security valuations for lending purposes. Undertake RICS Red Book valuations across commercial and/or residential assets Conduct property inspections and market analysis Excellent report writing and analytical skills Good knowledge of the local property market 55,000 - £65,000 + package + benefits + bonus ~ Clear career progression opportunities ~ Flexible working options
