I am currently partnered with a National Property Consultancy who are seeking a Chartered Valuation Surveyor with approximately 2 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their high performing team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality Red Book compliant valuations across a varied property portfolio, with a particular focus on loan security valuations for lending purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake RICS Red Book valuations across commercial and/or residential assets
  • Prepare loan security reports for banks and lending institutions
  • Conduct property inspections and market analysis
  • Produce accurate, well-reasoned valuation reports within deadlines
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Assist with portfolio valuations and advisory work as required

Requirements:

  • MRICS qualified with ~2 years PQE in valuation
  • Strong experience in Red Book and loan security valuations
  • Excellent report writing and analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of the local property market
  • Ability to manage multiple instructions and meet deadlines
