An opportunity has arisen for a Post-Qualified Surveyor to join a well-established and highly regarded Business Rates advisory team, acting for a mix of occupier and landlord clients across a broad range of sectors.

  • Manage and progress a varied Business Rates caseload, covering valuation, appeals, and advisory work under minimal supervision.
  • Undertake inspections, measurement, and surveys of commercial properties across multiple sectors.
  • Analyse rental evidence, cost data, tone lists, and comparable assessments to support valuation strategy.
  • Liaise professionally with Assessors, the Valuation Office Agency, and Local Authority Rates Teams.
  • Maintain high standards of file management, compliance, and documentation.
  • Contribute to sector research, knowledge sharing, and the continuous development of internal databases.
  • Actively support and promote a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture.

MRICS qualified with post-qualification experience in Business Rates or rating valuation. Full UK driving licence.
