About the Role We are seeking a driven and proactive Installation Scheduler to join a fast-growing planning team. This role plays a key part in supporting engineers and customers by ensuring installation diaries are effectively managed and scheduling issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. You will be at the centre of day-to-day operational coordination, helping to ensure installations run smoothly, customers are kept informed, and engineers are fully supported in delivering a high-quality service. What You'll Be Doing Support engineers with diary management and daily workload planning. Communicate clearly with engineers and customers, providing updates, reassurance, and solutions. Monitor, identify, and resolve scheduling and planning issues in real time. Ensure jobs are allocated efficiently and changes are managed effectively. Build strong working relationships with engineers, customers, and internal teams. React quickly to operational challenges and help maintain smooth service delivery. Use systems and software to manage scheduling activities and updates. Maintain accurate records and ensure all planning information is kept up to date. Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment. To be successful in this role, you will have: Strong customer service experience with a focus on positive outcomes. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Confidence dealing with customers and engineers in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively. IT literate, with experience using Microsoft or Google-based systems. Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset. A friendly, confident, and professional approach.
