W Talent is delighted to be working with a fast-growing UK manufacturer specialising in fire-rated entrance doors and doorsets, supplying the social housing, residential, healthcare, education and commercial sectors. Following continued growth and investment, including expansion into a larger manufacturing facility this year, the business is seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to take ownership of stock control, warehouse operations and inventory processes within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who enjoys creating structure, improving visibility and implementing robust stock management processes. The Role

Reporting into senior leadership, the Inventory Manager will take responsibility for inventory accuracy, warehouse control and stock management across the manufacturing operation. Leading a small team across warehouse and dispatch, you will be tasked with improving inventory visibility, reducing waste, introducing stronger controls and implementing best practice processes to support operational performance and customer delivery.
