A market-leading organisation with a turnover exceeding GBP1 billion is undergoing a significant procurement transformation programme and requires an experienced Supplier & Contract Management Specialist to improve visibility, governance, and control across its indirect procurement landscape.
This is a high-impact opportunity working with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Operations, and key stakeholders across the group.
The Role
You will be responsible for identifying, reviewing, and accurately capturing the organisation's indirect supplier contracts, creating a complete contract register and ensuring key information is recorded within ERP systems.
With potentially thousands of contracts to review, this is a hands‑on role requiring exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver against tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and consolidate indirect procurement supplier contracts across the business.
• Capture key contract information, including
- Supplier details, legal entities, and locations
- Contract owners and key stakeholders
- Contract terms, expiry dates, and renewal periods
- Liabilities, risks, and commercial obligations
- Upload and maintain accurate contract data within ERP/procurement systems.
- Work with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and operational teams to validate information.
- Highlight gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve supplier governance.
- The Successful Candidate
- You will be an experienced procurement, contract management, supplier management, or commercial professional with a strong ability to manage large volumes of data and contractual information.
- You will be highly organised, detail-focused, and confident working independently in a fast-paced transformation environment.
Essential experience
- Procurement, supplier, or contract management experience.
- Strong understanding of indirect procurement.
- Experience reviewing contracts and extracting key information.
