An ambitious high growth telecoms and technology business is seeking an experienced Fractional CMO to support its next stage of commercial growth and market expansion. We’re looking for a commercially driven marketing leader with experience scaling businesses across:
- B2C Early stage scale up experience

This role will play a critical part in defining brand positioning, strengthening go to market strategy, improving customer journey experience, and building scalable growth foundations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the overall marketing and brand strategy
- Define and execute go-to-market initiatives
- Build scalable customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Enhance brand positioning within competitive and regulated markets
- Optimise the customer journey across digital touchpoints
- Support product launches, partnerships, and growth campaigns
- Align marketing with commercial and revenue objectives

Requirements
- Proven experience as a CMO, VP Marketing, or senior growth leader
