The Estates Manager will be responsible for a large varied estate across the North of England, with responsibilities including:
- Leading the rent assessments reviews and negotiations
- Supporting field teams on complex tenancy matters
- Managing licensed and non‑licensed property portfolios
- Identifying opportunities to grow income and enhance asset value
- Ensuring legal and statutory compliance
