Job Role: W Talent Manufacturing and Engineering are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to lead a small team and drive a successful behavioural change programme. This role is working on site in a heavy industrial high hazard environment based in Derbyshire. The role requires a highly qualified Health and Safety Leader with a proven track record in supporting a Manufacturing organisation in technical and strategic safety improvements and support the business on prioritising work flow to gain the best result across the whole facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Health and Safety Strategy: Develop and implement a health and safety strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives, ensuring a proactive and prevention-based approach.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Act as the point of contact for the HSE Inspectors, facilitating site inspections and reviews. Stay up-to-date with relevant health and safety legislation, regulations, and standards.
