I’m working with an early-stage AI company that is building a new type of technology-driven operating business.
They’ve grown rapidly since launch and are now looking for a Systems Engineer to join the founding team and help build the technology from the ground up.
You’ll be working across:
- AI and multi-agent systems
- Event-driven systems and workflow engines
- APIs and third-party integrations
- Production systems and real-world business operations
They’re looking for someone who:
- Has built production AI or multi-agent systems
- Has strong software engineering fundamentals
- Is commercially minded
- Enjoys solving messy, real-world problems
- Wants genuine ownership rather than a defined job description
- Is comfortable working in a very early-stage environment
This is a founding-team opportunity with equity, working directly with the founders and having a major influence on the technology and direction of the business.
