I am recruiting for a suitably experienced Finance Transformation Consultant with experience within the Pharma industry and a multi-national company. The role will involve modernising financial processes, systems, and operating models.
Responsibilities include:
- Driving end-to-end process optimisation.
- Deploying enterprise software (SAP).
- Leading change management.
- Ensuring strict compliance with life sciences regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process & Technology Modernisation: Lead the standardisation, automation, and optimisation of global finance processes, including record-to-report (R2R), procure-to-pay (P2P), and order-to-cash (O2C).
- System Implementation: Oversee the design, rollout, and enhancement of enterprise platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Workday, or Oracle.
- Data & Analytics Integration: Drive the integration of advanced analytics, AI-driven solutions, and dashboarding (e.g., Power BI) for automated forecasting, reporting, and performance management.
- Change Management & Governance: Facilitate current-state and future-state process mapping, define standard operating procedures (SOPs), and manage organisational change.
- Compliance & Regulation: Ensure that all transformed financial processes, controls, and data structures strictly comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations and IT governance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in finance transformation, process consulting, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), ideally within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or heavily regulated industries.
- Demonstrated experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and financial planning tools.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to influence senior leadership and align cross‑functional global teams.
