Executive Assistant
We are working for an exciting, growing Venture Capital Company based in Notting Hill, London.
Italian language skills (both spoken and written) would be advantageous but not essential.
Ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in Venture Capital, technology start‑ups, or finance consulting.
Location: Notting Hill, London – On‑site.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the GP’s calendar and prioritise meetings and commitments.
- Manage inbox and communication; triage emails, draft responses and flag priorities.
- Track actions and follow‑ups to completion.
- Plan and book domestic/international travel; prepare itineraries.
- Assist on special projects across operations, research, or communications as needed.
Requirements
- Tech‑savvy; familiar with Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Zoom, digital signing tools, CRMs, etc.
- Outstanding organisation skills, attention to detail, discretion, and sound judgement.
- 3+ years in EA / Chief of Staff / Operations or similar roles.
