About the Company
W Talent-Property & Real Estate are exclusively representing a specialist high street retailer who are expanding their Property function to support ongoing growth. This retailer will continue to expand their store estate following year on year increases in results and profit, and they have secured significant further investment to support acquisitions and enhance the existing store portfolio.
About the Role
To support this rapid growth they are investing in their Property team and are looking to appoint an experienced Estates Surveyor/Manager. They will be working closely with the Property Director in an all encompassing general practice surveying role where you will have exposure to a wide range of property activity including new store location planning, sourcing and acquisitions, all lease renewals & rent review activity, and supporting the Development and Maintenance teams with all relevant legal requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
Relevant candidates will be MRICS Chartered Surveyors (or nearly qualified) ideally with experience working on a large property portfolio with a Retailer or Leisure operator. They will be looking to develop and use their experience in this dynamic, diverse and empowered role.
This is a remote role, working across the retail estate and meeting the team at the HQ as required. Candidates will ideally be based in the Midlands or South, but as the estate spans the UK all base locations will be considered.
