W Talent Property & Real Estate are partnered with a leading Pub Company to appoint a RICS‑qualified Estates Manager to take ownership of a regional pub estate and drive value, income, and operational success. This is a great opportunity for a Surveyor with experience in the Licensed Leisure sector to join one of the UK's leading Pub operators in a varied and autonomous role.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the rent assessments reviews and negotiations
  • Support field teams on complex tenancy matters
  • Manage licensed and non‑licensed property portfolios
  • Identify opportunities to grow income and enhance asset value
  • Ensure legal and statutory compliance
  • Build strong relationships with pub operators and external partners
