We are working with a well known high street brand to recruit a key role of Estates Surveyor for their UK Property function. The Estates Surveyor will play a key role working with the Estates lead on all transactional property activity across this large retail portfolio, including lease management, disposals, L&T work, Service Charge, Rating and Estates Maintenance.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Surveyor from the Retail/Leisure/Hospitality sector, or someone recently Chartered, 1-2 years post-experience, who will thrive in a busy role where they will be involved in all aspects of Retail Estates management.
This company are Midlands based but this role is remote with travel as required. Ideally candidates will be be based in or around the Midlands, M5 Corridor, or Northern Home Counties.
