I'm working with a leading supplier within the landscaping and outdoor living sector that is looking to appoint an experienced Key Account Manager to take ownership of a major national merchant account. This is a highly visible role where you'll be responsible for driving growth across one of the UK's largest merchant groups. Success in this position will come from building strong relationships at every level, from branch teams and Regional Directors through to category and commercial decision-makers.

This is a field-based role and will suit someone who enjoys being in front of customers, influencing stakeholders and identifying opportunities to grow sales and market share.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience managing large national merchant accounts
  • Strong understanding of the building products, landscaping or related sectors
  • Experience working closely with category, commercial and procurement teams
  • A track record of delivering profitable sales growth through key account management
