W Talent are currently working with a Property Consultancy with offices across the Midlands. This role is working as a key player within the Commercial Property Team. Associate Director, Property Management (Commercial Offices & Retail)
- Lead the management of a diverse portfolio of commercial office and retail properties on behalf of landlord and investor clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic property management advice and reporting.
- Oversee service charge budgets, financial performance, arrears management, and operational expenditure.
- Manage lease compliance, landlord and tenant matters, and ensure all statutory and regulatory obligations are met.
- Coordinate and oversee property inspections, maintenance programmes, and contractor performance.
- Support business development initiatives, identifying opportunities to grow management instructions and client accounts.
- Mentor and develop junior team members while contributing to departmental leadership and operational excellence.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial property management, with a strong understanding of office and retail assets.
- Professional qualification such as MRICS (or working towards) with sound knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation.
- Strong financial acumen, including service charge budgeting, arrears management, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication, client relationship management, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
What's on offer?
- Salary ranging from £50,000 - £58,000 depending upon experience
- Travel/ Car allowance from £5,000 - £7,000
- Generous bonus scheme earning up to 25%
