Overview
Exciting opportunity for a Change Manager with solid digital transformation experience who will oversee the delivery and implementation of technology-driven change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals within the Retail industry.
This role requires a strong focus on Digital Transformation, Project Management and stakeholder engagement to drive successful outcomes.
Location: Nottinghamshire
Hybrid Working Model – 3 day on-site – 2 days working from home.
Responsibilities
- Delivering upon company wide digital transformation programme to modernise ways of working.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall and other methodologies
- Preparing the business to absorb changes, helping teams to understand the benefits and minimise impact to BAU.
- Lead end-to-end transformation projects, defining delivery requirements and success criteria
- Conduct detailed analysis of business operations and propose innovative solutions.
- Lead and manage technology change projects from initiation to completion, defining delivery requirements and success criteria
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure all changes align with organisational goals and compliance standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations.
- Monitor risks and address challenges to ensure timely project delivery.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within technology processes.
