An established, multi-office professional services organisation in the Midlands is working with an agency to appoint a Marketing Communications Manager as part of an expanding marketing function. This role has been created to strengthen how the organisation communicates with both external audiences and internal teams. The successful candidate will take a lead role in shaping brand experience, delivering clear and consistent messaging, and executing integrated marketing communications that support commercial objectives and long-term growth.

The Role

Reporting into senior marketing leadership, the Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering integrated communications across brand, PR, content, social, events and internal channels. Working closely with the wider marketing team, business stakeholders and external partners, the role will bring strategic thinking and creative execution together within a newly evolving marketing structure. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop internal communications channels and content to support employee engagement and alignment
  • Oversee social media strategy and delivery in partnership with digital and paid media teams

  • Plan, write, edit and manage content across digital, print, PR, social, email and sales collateral
  • Own content planning, calendars, workflows and approval processes

  • Measure performance, report on effectiveness and optimise communications based on insight
