We are recruiting an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to oversee facilities operations across multiple commercial sites. You'll be based at a site in Cambridgeshire with some travel to other sites in the Midlands.
This is a hands-on role with responsibility for maintenance, compliance, contractor management, health & safety, facilities projects and continuous improvement. Working closely with operational stakeholders, you will ensure sites remain safe, compliant and efficient while driving high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage planned and reactive maintenance activities.
- Ensure statutory compliance and health & safety standards are maintained.
- Oversee contractors, suppliers and external service providers.
- Support facilities and infrastructure projects.
- Manage budgets and control expenditure.
- Lead and develop a small facilities team.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple locations.

- Proven facilities management experience within a large, complex commercial environments.
- Strong understanding of facilities compliance and maintenance best practice.
- Experience managing contractors, projects and budgets.
- Confident leading teams and influencing stakeholders.
- Proactive, organised and solutions-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
