W Talent Property & Real Estate are partnered with a growing property consultancy in their search for an Associate Director to join their existing Property Management function across a varied portfolio. This is a Midlands-based opportunity.

About the Role

Our client are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join their existing Property Management team within a growing property consultancy. This is a leadership role responsible for delivering a high-quality service to existing and upcoming clients, managing property portfolios across commercial, retail and industrial while ensuring quality of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied commercial property portfolio across retail, office, and industrial assets
  • Take immediate ownership of an existing workload, ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to grow and retain accounts
  • Oversee service charge management, financial reporting, and compliance
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver efficient, high-quality management services
  • Contribute to process improvement, team development, and broader business growth initiatives
  • Lead and mentor junior team members

About You

  • MRICS qualified (or equivalent professional qualification)
  • Demonstrable experience in commercial property management within private practice
  • Proven ability to manage portfolios independently and deliver client-facing services
  • Strong working knowledge of service charges and landlord & tenant matters
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills

What they Offer
