About the Role
Our client are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join their existing Property Management team within a growing property consultancy. This is a leadership role responsible for delivering a high-quality service to existing and upcoming clients, managing property portfolios across commercial, retail and industrial while ensuring quality of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied commercial property portfolio across retail, office, and industrial assets
- Take immediate ownership of an existing workload, ensuring seamless service delivery
- Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to grow and retain accounts
- Oversee service charge management, financial reporting, and compliance
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver efficient, high-quality management services
- Contribute to process improvement, team development, and broader business growth initiatives
- Lead and mentor junior team members
About You
- MRICS qualified (or equivalent professional qualification)
- Demonstrable experience in commercial property management within private practice
- Proven ability to manage portfolios independently and deliver client-facing services
- Strong working knowledge of service charges and landlord & tenant matters
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
What they Offer
- £50,000 - c£60,000 salary depending on experience
