We're looking for someone who can challenge suppliers, influence stakeholders, negotiate commercially and deliver measurable savings.
You'll take responsibility for categories including CAPEX, MRO, engineering services, professional services and other indirect spend, developing sourcing strategies and turning them into tangible commercial results.
What will you be doing?
- Own and develop CAPEX and indirect procurement categories
- Lead strategic sourcing, tenders and competitive RFP processes
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, terms and service agreements
- Manage and develop strategic supplier relationships

What are we looking for?
You'll probably have a background in manufacturing, engineering, Supply Chain or another asset-intensive environment, with proven experience across CAPEX and indirect procurement.
More importantly, you'll be commercially confident. You'll know how to engage engineers and operational stakeholders, challenge suppliers and negotiate without damaging relationships.
We're looking for someone who is:

- Strong in negotiation and supplier management
- Comfortable managing significant CAPEX expenditure
- Experienced in indirect/category procurement
- Confident working with senior stakeholders
