We are working with a fast-growing, technology-driven accountancy practice that is transforming the way clients receive financial insights and support. They are now looking for a Qualified Senior Management Accountant to join the team in a leadership capacity.

You\'ll manage a team of four accountants, take ownership of client portfolios, and drive improvements in reporting, processes, and controls. This role is ideal for someone who is a strong all-rounder, confident in both the detail and the bigger picture.

Location: North West London - On-site Monday - Friday

Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of accountants, ensuring efficient workflows and high standards of output.
  • Oversee the preparation, review, and analysis of management accounts, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
  • Ensure accurate reconciliations, robust financial controls, and timely reporting.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and delivering clear financial insights.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and automation through technology.
  • Apply strong commercial awareness to highlight risks, opportunities, and trends within client accounts.

What We\'re Looking For

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Strong management accounting and financial reporting experience.
  • Proven experience managing and developing a team in a medium sized accounting practice.
  • Excellent all-round technical accounting knowledge.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build client relationships.
