Role Description The AI Training Associate (Outlier) — Remote, Flexible, UK will support the development and improvement of AI models by reviewing, analyzing, and labeling data, as well as evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, clarity, and relevance.
In this full-time remote role, the associate will follow detailed guidelines to identify edge cases and outlier scenarios, document findings, and provide structured feedback that helps refine AI behavior.
Day-to-day tasks include participating in training workflows, creating and updating reference materials, collaborating with technical and non-technical team members, and contributing to continuous process improvement.
The role involves working with digital tools and platforms, maintaining high standards of data quality, and managing tasks independently while meeting deadlines.
