  • To ensure there is an appropriate skill‑mix of staff always working within the pharmacy.
  • To ensure all legal, ethical and contractual obligations are met.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in community pharmacy.
  • At least Level 2 Dispensing Assistant training.
  • A strong commitment to patient care and community values.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A team player who is dependable, professional, and supportive of colleagues.
